Yes, we carry insurance and can provide proof.

We require access to electricity and water in order to do our work. Please let us know ahead of time if these things will not be available.

We prefer to review the planned work with you in person before we get started on day one. And we like to do the same just prior to completion to ensure your satisfaction with the finished product. However you are not required to be present while we are working on your home.

The average repair job takes 1-2 days. Depending on the scope of work, the time frame may be greater.

We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. Credit cards require a 3% processing fee.

When repairing damaged areas, we try our best to find an exact match to your home’s existing bricks. There are certain types of brick that are very common, and still in use today. Unfortunately, many go out of style and manufacturers stop making them. In these cases, we try to find the best brick that matches your existing bricks’ shape, size, color, and texture.

Yes, we excel at this. We have a team of mortar color matching specialists, so any repair work will blend seamlessly with the original masonry.

Typically within 2-5 business days. However, during busy seasons and depending on our work schedule, it may be longer. We only take on 2-3 projects per week to ensure quality and schedule expectations are met. Once you’ve reviewed and signed our proposal & contract, we can add you to the schedule. We also begin sourcing any special materials, such as matching bricks we may need to complete your project.
